A St. Petersburg man who called 911 about 80 times saying he wanted them to deliver Kool-Aid, burgers, and marijuana. Instead of his order he got a trip to the police station said the cops. Jarvis Sutton is being charged for misuse of the 911 system. Sutton admits to making the calls towards the police station.
